The building , located at the foot of the Gargano, a poorly built and close to the main road that connects San Nicandro Garganico with the seaside resort of Torre Miletus, was achieved by keeping part of an existing building previously used as a mechanical workshop. The façade is characterized by curved contours of stone, projecting huge compared to glass surfaces, which allow you to enjoy the beautiful view of the islands. The large glass surfaces and irregular stone elements thick , projecting from the façade , creating full / empty that give a strong identity to the housing . The connection to the first floor is guaranteed by the glass staircase , outside the structure , which the user interacts with the landscape that surrounds the room service. The geometries are further enhanced by the RGB lighting design , which highlights the elements of the facade , creating a fascinating play of light and shadows. Outside of the structure design of green areas refers to the sinuous forms of the enclosure. The decision to drop the outside area with respect to the roadway and perimetrarla with hedges , was designed to limit the traffic noise.
